+ - RETURN POLICY
If you believe your item to be defective, please contact us ASAP at email@example.com, we are here to help.
Our policy lasts 14 calendar days from receipt of your item(s). If 14 calendar days have gone by since you received your item, we are unable to issue refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. It must also be in the original packaging.
To process a return email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason. If eligible, a case reference will be issued, which must be included in the returned package. We are unable to process returns without a prior case reference. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
+ - Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is accepted your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds will be completed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
+ - Late or missing refunds
Once we have sent your refund, there is often some processing time before a refund is complete. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used. Please check with your bank and/or credit card company for more information.
If the advised processing period by your bank/ credit card company has passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
+ - sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
+ - exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a case reference.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Visit here for more information regarding shipping times.
+ - shipping
Once you receive your return case reference, mail your product to: PO BOX 73982, SE1P 4DP, United Kingdom.
Mark the package as ‘returned goods’ for customs purposes. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Unless the product is defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
